Bootsale 2025 Information for Traders

Our 2025 rally will be held on the 18th of May at the usual Stockwood Park site, following the change in 2024 to make way for Radio 1 event.

Plots

Plot size is 5M x 5M, one vehicle per plot only. It is not possible to drive from one car park to the other through the park so please ensure you use the correct entrance!

All unsold stock, scrap, and rubbish must be removed from the site when you leave.

We have a lot of cars to get on to the site very quickly, if you require multiple plots for multiple vehicles next to each other, you must ensure you enter the queue together and clearly state that you desired to be parked togehter. This ensures that our parking team knows where to direct you. For safety reasons we need to direct all vehicles on to their plots as quickly as possible, and that neccessitates that it is done in the order they arrive at the gate.

Tickets

Plots can be pre-booked up to 1st May 2025, at £8.50 per plot. Please use the Bootsale 2025 Booking Form and ensure that it is receieved with payment no later than the aforementioned date to guarantee your plot(s).

After the pre-booking cutoff date, plots will only be available at the trader’s entrace on the day at £10 per plot.

Schedule

The trader’s entrance typically opens at 07:30 +/- a few minutes as there are some last minute tasks that need to be done on the day. Due to the long road through the site up to the gate we can accomodate a certain amount of traffic waiting to enter the site, however we would request that traders do not allow the queue to extend on to London Road for safety reasons.

The event is open to the General Public from 09:00, which gives us plenty of time for everyone to get on to the site and set up.
